Recently, we have joined two partnership initiatives that are aligned with our goals of providing innovative IT solutions and improving our efforts for a good and motivating work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viaboxx is now part of the Red Hat Program as a partner for OptaPlanner optimization solutions<\/a>. And we are also part of the network “Erfolgsfaktor Familie<\/a>” (Success Factor Family), which connects german companies with highlights on family-friendly policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Hat Partner Connect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2011, Viaboxx has gained experience in the development of solutions with OptaPlanner<\/a>. Open source and sponsored by Red Hat, the software enables optimization in planning and scheduling, promoting better use of resources, scaling knowledge, and improving results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, we became official Red Hat partners. In the partnership, we combine network and expertise to offer OptaPlanner business optimization solutions. Our options include consulting, training, and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erfolgsfaktor Familie network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to our good results<\/a> in the last “Great Place to Work” award, we were invited to be a member of the “Erfolgsfaktor Familie<\/a>“, a network of companies that are committed to policies that value family as a success factor. This network is a joint initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Viaboxx, we value work-life balance and recognize the family as essential to success and well-being. Therefore, we are excited to exchange experiences and continue learning about how to improve our policies and work culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
