The contracting authorities are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvr.de\/\">Nahverkehr Rheinland<\/a> (NVR) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nwl-info.de\/\">Zweckverband Nahverkehr Westfalen-Lippe<\/a> (NWL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The digital system will allow the bike parking spaces to be booked and accessed via a central platform. In December 2019, Viaboxx was also awarded in the public tender held by the Federal State of Berlin across Europe and is currently working on this development project together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infravelo.de\/projektarten\/fahrradparken\/\" data-type=\"URL\"
