{"id":8078,"date":"2022-02-01T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-01T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viaboxx.de\/?p=8078"},"modified":"2023-07-11T16:19:05","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T14:19:05","slug":"top-arbeitgeber-mittelstand-top-company-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.viaboxx.de\/en\/blog\/top-arbeitgeber-mittelstand-top-company-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Top Medium-sized Employer &#038; Top Company 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>For the first time, Viaboxx was listed as one of Germany\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/focusbusiness.de\/arbeitgeber-mittelstand\/suche\">Top-Arbeitgeber Mittelstand<\/a>\u201d (Top Medium-sized Employers) by the FOCUS Business, a magazine specialized in the business and career field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2017,<a href=\"https:\/\/focusbusiness.de\/\"> FOCUS Business<\/a> ranks the top medium-sized companies in Germany, dividing them by their sectors and classifying them according to region and number of employees (small, medium, or big).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viaboxx is the only company from K\u00f6nigswinter mentioned on the general list, which includes all sectors, number of employees, and regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Bonn area, Viaboxx is one of four small-sized companies (11 to 50 employees) listed in the \u201cEDV\/IT\u201d (Electronic Data Processing \/ Information Technology) sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To <a href=\"https:\/\/focusbusiness.de\/arbeitgeber-mittelstand\/methodik\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/focusbusiness.de\/arbeitgeber-mittelstand\/methodik\">select the top companies<\/a> and determine their ranking positions, FOCUS uses employee evaluations from different survey channels, among other criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>How is the selection process?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be selected, a company needs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to be located in Germany<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>between 11 and 500 employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an above-average employee evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at least 10 employee ratings across all survey channels, of which at least 5 are current (since 01.01.2020)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Top-Company-2022\"><strong>Top Company 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viaboxx has also been awarded the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kununu.com\/de\/viaboxx\">\u201cTop Company\u201d kununu seal<\/a> for 2022. This seal replaces both the \u201cTop Company\u201d and \u201cOpen Company\u201d from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viaboxx.de\/blog\/kununu-certified-employee-satisfaction\/\">previous years<\/a> and is awarded to companies that have good ratings and are active on the platform.
