A nomination for the competition gives the regional medium-sized companies the opportunity to present themselves more to the public and to network with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 19, the IHK published the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihk-bonn.de\/pressemeldungen\/detail\/18-mittelstaendische-unternehmen-wollen-den-ludwig-2022\">nominees<\/a> competing for the categories in the overall competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the overall competition, the companies can be awarded as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-uagb-section uagb-section__wrap uagb-section__background-color uagb-block-4b33454e\"><div class=\"uagb-section__overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"uagb-section__inner-wrap\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c<strong>B<\/strong>onner Weltb\u00fcrger\u201d \u2013 Award for regional entrepreneurial commitment, creation of jobs and training positions, growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>T<\/strong>onk\u00fcnstler\u201d \u2013 Award for marketing, commercialization, and communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>H<\/strong>umanist\u201d \u2013 Award for CSR commitment and social relevance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>V<\/strong>ision\u00e4r\u201d \u2013 Award for innovation and digitalization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>N<\/strong>aturfreund\u201d \u2013 Award for special commitment in the sustainability category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201c<strong>B<\/strong>THVN\u201d \u2013 Overall winner in all categories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, there is an extra prize for successful company succession. The company succession describes a successful handover to external or internal successors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, 18 companies are competing for the overall competition and 7 companies for the extra category. We are the only company from K\u00f6nigswinter competing in the overall competition and for the company succession extra prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What comes next?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nominated companies will share information about their qualifications for the different categories. They will also present themselves in a presentation about who they are, what they do, and what makes them stand out as a company. This presentation will be held on March 14, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners of the Ludwig 2022 Award will be revealed in an award ceremony on <a
