Our Quality Management System (QMS) underwent a successful ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit with zero findings, carried out last week by TÜV Rheinland.
Viaboxx’s QMS has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 standards since 2019.
The certification cycle is normally divided into three phases:
- The cycle starts with a certification audit
- After a year, the first annual surveillance audit takes place
- In the following year, a second annual surveillance audit is conducted
After that, the cycle restarts with a recertification audit.
Having our QMS certified highlights our aim to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement on all levels, including high product and service quality.
