Viaboxx has been awarded the “Top Company 2023” seal by kununu for the third year in a row, holding a score of 4.1 out of 5 and a 100% employee recommendation!
Solely based on independent reviews by employees and former employees, the seal represents the overall employee satisfaction with a company and its work environment.
Recently, kununu renewed its evaluation terms and, currently, only 5% of the companies meet the criteria of a top company. Viaboxx is part of this selected group since 2021.
To be a Top Company, it is mandatory to have
- … at least six employee evaluations. Evaluations from applicants are no longer counted.
- … a kununu score of at least 3.8 out of 5 both as an overall score and as an employee score.
- … the average employee score over the past 12 months must also be at least 3.8 out of 5.
- … at least one new employee evaluation in the past twelve months.
