For the first time, Viaboxx was listed as one of Germany’s “Top-Arbeitgeber Mittelstand” (Top Medium-sized Employers) by the FOCUS Business, a magazine specialized in the business and career field.
Since 2017, FOCUS Business ranks the top medium-sized companies in Germany, dividing them by their sectors and classifying them according to region and number of employees (small, medium, or big).
Viaboxx is the only company from Königswinter mentioned on the general list, which includes all sectors, number of employees, and regions.
In the Bonn area, Viaboxx is one of four small-sized companies (11 to 50 employees) listed in the “EDV/IT” (Electronic Data Processing / Information Technology) sector.
To select the top companies and determine their ranking positions, FOCUS uses employee evaluations from different survey channels, among other criteria.
How is the selection process?
To be selected, a company needs:
- to be located in Germany
- between 11 and 500 employees
- an above-average employee evaluation
- at least 10 employee ratings across all survey channels, of which at least 5 are current (since 01.01.2020)
Top Company 2022
Viaboxx has also been awarded the “Top Company” kununu seal for 2022. This seal replaces both the “Top Company” and “Open Company” from previous years and is awarded to companies that have good ratings and are active on the platform. With a score of 4.1 (out of 5) and a 100% employee recommendation, Viaboxx received the “Top Company” seal for the second time in a row.
